Saboto Caesar
Minister, Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Saboto Scofield Caesar is the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labour for the government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. A lawyer by profession, Caesar was born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and is a community activist, advocate, and politician. He is a devout Christian and a family-oriented man.
Minister Caesar holds a Master of Laws degree (specialization in Banking and Finance Law) from the University of London, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies, and a Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School.
His wide-ranging professional experience was garnered from his time as a Community Worker, Teacher, Lawyer, Government Senator and Minister. Saboto Caesar has served as Junior Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; Minister of Housing, Lands and Survey, Physical Planning, Informal Human Settlement and Local Government; and Minister of Tourism and Industry.
